I submitted an easy, few-details application. I was then invited to a video interview. After that, there is a psychological exams (700 yes/no questions and an interview) background interview and polygraph (3-4 hours) then a job task experience (can you lift 50 lbs, drag a 150 body, run, etc) and a EKG test.
