The process was very clear. Communication from SiriusXM was regular and proactive. I think that was my best experience so far. The first step was an interview with a skip level. Then the recruiter contacted me and said that I was going to have another round of 4 interviews. 1 technical, 1 cross-team collaboration & 2 culture fit (behavioural). Interviewers were always on time, friendly and had good questions. They provided a good insight into the company, tech stack, and culture, which made me really want to get a job.
