After a quick review and matching they sent and invitation for an online interview Hire*Vue.
Which included a question of how much your salary expectation is...
If you click on the range 29000 or Higher you will be automatically excluded...
In less than two hours the resolution was "... We received a strong response for this role, and unfortunately you were not successful this time... "

Standard interview process: phone screening, then one-on-one interview with the HR officer and then finally an interview with the hiring manager.
Once they're happy, they offered me the job over the phone. It was all done within a week.

Interview
The interview process was done in a very professional and efficient way. It involves 3 stages - telephone interview with recruiting team, face-to-face interview with supervisor/manger who you will report to, and reference check.
The recruiting team was very helpful and professional. I didn't have to question what would be happen next as they would give a brief verbal explanation of what is expected about the interview step by step in each stage of the process. Then they will email you relevant information with clear explanation about what to expect for the next step.
I was very impressed with the interview process not only because it was efficiently and professionally conducted but I also felt very welcomed by everyone who I have interacted with.
