They basically asked why I wanted the job and if I could start training that day. They went over pay specifics and where I would be working in the healthcare center

I applied through a referral through a friend who worked there. I applied online and then got an interview a few days later. The interview took maybe 10-15 minutes and was pretty simple. I recommend just being yourself.

Question 1
They asked the basic "tell me about yourself" and your experience with childcare and kids. A few hypothetical questions about dealing with hardship/conflict. If you do well, they will more than likely hire you on the spot.
