      Interview

      I was referred by an employee and was called for a Skype interview 2 days after applying online. The digital interview wasn't too bad, the recruiter asked me general interview questions about my personal work experience. After that, she called me back 2 days later that she wanted to move forward with the CSA position instead of the admin position I originally applied for and set up an in-person interview. My in-person interview was with the branch Mgr and regional sales Mgr and it was much more intense than the first one. We started with general interview questions and getting to know me then about 1 hr later, we ended off at multiple role plays. They literally did not write anything down the whole time and was just throwing out question after question, but they were very interactive and easy to talk to.

      Question 1

      If a mother with a crying child came to pick up a car seat she forgot in her rental, a customer returning a rental in a rush and trying to run off to catch a flight, and another customer returning a vehicle with a large dent, what would you do and who would you help first? (They all arrived at the same time)

      A customer booked a Honda Civic for 8 days and is traveling with 3 other friends. Suggest to upgrade your customer to a Mercedes Benz G-wagon(she will decline) then to a Jeep Wrangler. (Those were the two cars I personally picked to talk about in the role play)

      My interview process was a very welcoming experience. I had first received an email with options and days to be available for an interview ( virtual). That went well and comfortable. Then I was contacted later to participate in an in person interview interview at the job site. Again, that went very well also. I was to to expect a follow up phone or text message with in 24hrs. That went very well , again. I received a phone call from one of the Regional Supervisors. Whom gave me the great news, my application and resume was accepted. I received such a great welcome from the company (Sixt) Car Rental. To whom ot may concern, continue to follow hope and claim your destiny. Best wishes. Elgie Green

      Easy, went through aspects of the job, talked about previous experience. Fairly informal, talked about sales and customer experience . Would recommend this company to anyone looking for something different
