First did a really short phone interview and then was invited to an on-site interview. Most of the questions were very basic and behavioral and moral questions. They had a set list of questions that needed to be asked to every interviewee.

Fairly picky questions, You are expected to be calm during the interview and should do some research backgrounds on the company. The lady on the phone is very nice person and tend to repeat the question if you misheard or not sure
