I attended an interview with Skills Development Academy, which I later found to be associated with FirstCom Academy. Unfortunately, the interview experience was not very positive. Came on time for interview, didn’t start on time, I also had other interview after. close to 30 minutes later then gotten a reply. I already left. During the wait, I tried to research the company further, as there was limited publicly available information beforehand, which initially led me to apply to better understand the role and organisation. Only during this process did I realise the company’s association with FirstCom Academy and some past controversies, which raised concerns about transparency.
