Phone call for about 20 mins, mention issues you might run in too, have to pay upfront for bags 75$, everything is done through the app, paid weekly, need to have 60$ cash on hand, full tank of gas
Not very personal, but ask expected. Asked questions to make sure I was a decent human. No surprises. Recruiter didn’t have a ton of information on growth path. I expect that my experience was pretty standard.

THEY make you go out and pretend to deliver food but dont actually do it then they tell you you are trash and to go get a real job if you want any money because all they want is to take customers and make them suffer
