They have an amazing building, which seems like an awesome place to work.
I met in person with a senior engineer. He asked me several questions, which I was able to answer all confidently, except for one, that had to do with Webpack. I remember him saying something along the lines of... he didn't want to spend the time teaching me how to get up and running with my configuration. The reason they said I didn't get the job was because I wasn't senior enough. Since I came in with over 10 years of experience, I think what they meant I wasn't senior enough in Ruby project configuration, since I had only 2 years of solid Ruby experience under my belt, and most of my experience was with advanced JavaScript. Since then, I've become an expert at Webpack, but admittedly, at the time I didn't know much about it.
