It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
This was the easiest interview by far. The recruiters were straight forward, professional and yet very nice. It was about 50 of us to start. We had to individually stand up and tell them why you would make a good flight attendant.
After everyone has spoken; we took a 30 min break. If your name was on the door you moved on to the next level. If your name wasn't on the door you were free to go.
Luckily I made it to the next level. There were only 14 that made it out of 50 candidates.
The next round was a f2f. We went over my resume and she asked me 5 scenario questions. I will hear back from them in 2-3 weeks. Next training is in August
TIPS: be yourself, smile, conversant with other applicants, be confident. I also suggest watching "flight attendant" videos on YouTube to help boost your confidence. GOOD LUCK
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Atlanta, GA) in May 2026
Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
