Interview
Group interview. You sit in a room and listen to the detailed job description of a flight attendant, take a break. When you come back, you answer the question that they gave you before the break. They give you another break after listening to the answers and then they will place a list of names outside the room, if your name is on the list then you made it to the face to face interview. They let you know that they will let you know something within 2 weeks.

What do you think is the most important quality you think a flight attendant should have?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
