I applied in-person. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Tucson, AZ)
Interview
Easy and good process. You start in a group and introduce yourself to the interviewees as well as the other candidates. It’s an open interview so you want to stand out, but not draw too much attention to yourself. You’re split in individual interviews where they ask you more situational based questions. Bringing a resume is helpful because then they’re able to ask you questions based on your previous job history and it helped me to be less nervous.
