Was very quick started online with the application and then assessment. Got asked to do a f2f and the recruiter was so sweet!!! They definitely ask situational questions but remember safety first. Got cjo not even 2 wks after applying.

What is the biggest challenge you would face in this position?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
