Interview
Before going into the conference rooms for the information session they take your typical information/documentation, They also measure your height to ensure you are not too short or too tall.
After the information session you have to tell them why you would make a great flight attendant, I stumbled pretty hard and didn't get past this selection process.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
