Interview
Group interview in some hotel meeting area near the PDX Airport. Only about 6 or 8 people showed up. The two ladies were very nice and introduced the company, answering general questions. Then we did 1:1 interviews and talked about our experience
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
