Basic interview process; started with speaking to the recruiter that reached out after I applied. Spent several hours over the course of two weeks talking to different people on the team. I received a response that they "were impressed" and wanted to move forward but had to wait for the contract they were working on to be solidified. I waited 2 weeks then emailed the Hiring Manager to discuss details, and was told they were still waiting for the contract. Emailed again then met with the hiring manager 2 weeks after that and was told that I would hear back "in a few days." I never heard back from Skylight, then saw they had filled the position about a month and a half later. This was the most unprofessional interview process I've experienced in the 8 years I've been working in the UX space.
