I did the first step interview with HR. It was really good experience. The person was friendly welcoming. But I felt the person asked too much question for first interview.

Interview
I interviewed for this role a couple years ago. It wasn't LeetCode-heavy — they gave me a take-home assignment with access to relevant documentation, which felt practical and fair. I really liked the team; they were collaborative and supportive. That said, it seems like the company has been looking to make cuts where they can, so keep that in mind. Also, the pay wasn’t very competitive compared to market standards.
