Another funny interview: I got hr phone screening, phone interview with hiring manger, skill test - took me 2 night to fiinish, 4 hour on-site interview. Everything sounds very good to me until the last 3 minutes of my on-site interview. After 3 hours, talked to 3 engineers and 1 recruiter, the hiring manager came in and told me the position was "reserved". Then, walked me out of the building. I totally don't understand. If they don't want people for this position, why asked me for on site and waste time?!!!!
