3 stages: screening, coding test, system design interview. The hiring manager was quite supportive but I was supposed to have a prep talk before system design interview right before which the hiring manager got sick and cancelled. Well, I guess it was on me for not moving and for being unprepared.

SQL problem, regular system design questions (scalability, availability, monitoring, etc.)
3 interviews. Technical - Hard problem - HR They care deeply about candidates. High esteem of them as a company. THey give feedbacks even if you fail. They interview people with all levels
They used a website called hired for technical assessment. Possibly the worst site I've seen, for a simple SQL assessment it had so many bugs. The question was simple but the site made it 10x more difficult - you can't tell whether a mysql function is supported or not even though it may have been around for years.
