Some red flags:
- Communication via HR was weirdly casual and unprofessional. Language used in email was equivalent to texting.
- Interviewer asked about expected salary but after I replied, he refused to disclose (even though I asked for a range, not an exact number. Job listing also didn't indicate)
- Interviewer asked about OT and plainly said that you are expected provide ongoing support even after office hours for night shift workers (without any mention of OT compensation)
- Kept harping on my lack of relevant industry experience, which is fair, but if it was that essential, it should have been a pre-requisite on their job listing from the start. Feels disorganised
