I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Slalom (Portland, OR) in Apr 2018
Interview
Slalom has a seamless and informative interview process, exposing you to a number of different consultants from a variety of practices and backgrounds. Because I was a national candidate, my first three conversations were over the phone, with a final fly-out interview in Portland. Each interviewer was interested in me, my background, and how I thought I might fit into Slalom as a company, and shared both their current experience and their journey to where they are now. I had a very positive interview experience.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
