The process was very thorough and real. I met with team members as well as supervisors and worked through a full on case study. All of the people I met with were very responsive and transparent.

I was asked to develop a slide deck and present for 30 minutes as if I were presenting to a client based upon a real client experience provided to me ahead of time.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
