The interview process itself was fairly straightforward. Talked with a Recruiter, met with a few people on the team, met with a few more people, and then met with the head honcho. Communication throughout the whole process was extremely poor and slow.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
