Interview
Recruiter connected on LinkedIn and after a first video call, I was moved to full interview.
Had four calls with various members of leadership team. They asked questions about my experience and explained how Slalom works. All were video calls. I was given fair amount of time to ask questions. There was a final meeting after offer was sent to discuss offer details with HR and manager. Overall very good process and fair to candidates time.

Various technical questions about CS fundamentals and cloud
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
