Pretty normal recruiting process but the interview was the worst I’ve ever been in. The ONLY interview is a panel interview where senior artists just ridiculed my portfolio. Not critiqued; ridiculed. Basically an hour long call where you sit there while some senior artists offer nothing constructive or useful, just mean-spirited jokes at the candidate’s expense.
