The interview process is long, but there's a good reason for that. You will be asked to fill out an assessment or two that they do give to you so you can see the results. These assessments are used to make sure the company has a good balance of the right personalities and work styles on the team. Expect a lot of good conversations during the process as the company tries to get to know you and they share a lot of insight on how the company works and what makes it a great place to work.
