Smarp interview questions

I had 3 interviews in total. The Dirst interview was with HR manager. She was super polite and answered all my questions. It lasted for half an hour. The second interview was technical one with two iOS engineers. It lasted for one hour and included not difficult platform questions and supercool coding section. The main goal was to fix junior’s code and mention problems in project. The last one was with iOS Engineer and Engineering Manager and lasted for 3 hours. It was exhausting but very cool. I got answers for all my questions. Even for the uncomfortable ones. I think this section was more behavioral interview and we had nice conversation in general. The result of the process is unclear. I applied through another hiring company and they said that I rejected because of my motivation. But Smarp said that there was no place for my qualification and skills. Anyway the process was supercool and I thanks Smarp for this opportunity.
