It was through a consultant group New Era india consultancy. Interviews were arranged through them and nowhere the Smarsh HR was involved. Overall the experience was ok and the unprofessional act of both the Smarsh HR and the consultancy firm broke the trust and faith I had. After all the rounds including the MD round with offer proposal, no offer was made or no formal reason/feedback was shared although I solicited for it. It was not acceptable from either parties.
