There are 3 rounds of interviews. The 2nd interview is “in the field” showing you how they sell products and to see if you’re up for it. The key is to be sure you can talk to as many consumers a day to meet minimum goal.

There was one other person interviewing for the same position as myself. We talked and were friendly. He was called in first, then myself. The interview was short and to the point. I was asked about experience, sales philosophy, and learning ability. The questions came quickly, and I was told later that it had more to do with an attempt to see how quickly I think on my feet. I was then given a second interview, in a store where Smart Circle operates, later in the day. It was similar to the first interview, though with a different person, and I was shown briefly what the job would look like. Staff was friendly and extremely energetic. I was told later that the most important part of the interview was displaying SEE Factors (smile, eye contact, enthusiasm). I received a job offer, and took it.
