The job posting on social media probably garnered hundreds of applicants which is an overwhelming response, so my initial interview was a 15 minute zoom call. The man interviewing me was so obviously burnt out from so many of these calls, or maybe just having an off day. But he pretty much just ran off his given list of questions, did not make eye contact with me when I gave my answers, and tried to open the interview asking about my plans for the weekend but it felt fake positive and had no real interest on his end. I was invited to do a follow up call that was longer, but after learning there were no benefits or health insurance, I withdrew my interest.

Although they are casual attire I dressed business casual. My interviewer was really chill but professional when he spoke. I would recommend with coming prepared by researching the company and knowing what to say prior to the interview.
