A recruiter reached out to me about the job, I met with an individual from HR, who shared benefits, training, timeline and team structure. Ultimately, it wasn't the best fit.

I went through three rounds of interviews, each involving a role play with a different sales manager where I presented a luxury item. While the process was thorough, the feedback I received was inconsistent. Each manager had their own approach and expectations, which made it difficult to know what they were really looking for. Applying feedback from one manager often led to contradictory advice from the next, suggesting there wasn’t much alignment between them.

Clear and defined process. Met a good number of people. Role play and regular interview. Moved me fast through the process. Recruiter was clear about the role to me which was refreshing.
