I made the application and they returned to me with a project task. I completed it in 2 days. I verified my design with couple very high ranked marketing managers that I know. They also loved my design. I sent my design and on top of that I added extra designs just to show my versatility. I attached a nicely done presentation to explain why I made this design the way I did. It was one of the most solid applications I have made in my life. They never returned. They could've said something at least. I spent my 2 days for nothing. I sense that this is a scam company.

I applied for a Graphic Designer position and received an email asking me to complete a practical exercise before moving forward with an interview. The task was to create a website banner and a newsletter, which I delivered in less than a day. Unfortunately, I never received any response after submitting the work, no acknowledgment, no feedback, not even a simple thank you. I found it unprofessional and discourteous not to send at least a short message to close the process and appreciate the time I invested.
