1. Only shortlisted candidates will get a call for the telephonic round
2. Those who clear telephonic will be asked to come for face to face round at Mumbai/Hyderabad office
3. For some positions there are chances of a Senior management round as well
4. The finalists will get a call from HR on the offer

What is the process? this is totally unsafe company. don't take offer even if they are offering good hike. they can cancel offer at any point. they will give you n no of promises and that will be break any point of time.there is no process, they will not ask you even single document.
