The first step is an over the phony interview. They ask simple questions such as your strengths and weaknesses in the business, where you see yourself in the industry 5 years from now. They ask you Bring 2 models to an audition you are required to do a simple long layer haircut and a blowout and a men's haircut. (Some locations ask that you do a highlight through the crown but it's up to the manager at the location) You are timed, they come by and check your work but they don't hover. They critique the work, then take you in the office for a sit down interview. The manager I interviewed with was all about promising me this and that and telling me how great my career would be. Even though later down the line I didn't feel this company was the right fit for me, the interview had me pumped, so inspired and ready to do this.

Georga was nice and well informed. Answered any questions that I did have. And if she couldn't, she let me know and asked higher ups to get those answers to me.
