SmartWatt interview questions

It was a pretty good interview until they started not quoting codes and methods properly even after I showed them the answers. Their lack of industry knowledge was distressing as I have 30 years experience and I'm licensed. They were not appreciative of my knowledge and skills and experience. They had tunnel vision.

Basically this is your typical good cop/bad cop stress interview. They closed all of the doors, offered me a beer, and the salsey guy hurled insults while the engineero guy defended me. They tried to get me to turn on my past co-workers and customers while talking down my education and experience.
