SmartWinnr interview questions

first we have screening round then assesment round conducted through teams then 2 interviews one is virtual and other rounds are in person interviewer is good having nice environments but there are no fixed timings

I wanted to share a recent experience I had with Smartwinnr. They scheduled me for an interview the following day, and I waited for 30 minutes, but no one showed up to interview me. Later, they messaged saying they would get back to me soon, but instead, I received a rejection without any further explanation. I found this whole process quite unprofessional, and it's disappointing that they handled it this way. It's frustrating when companies treat candidates like this—maybe they should be more considerate before posting job openings.
