HR then Users then back to HR for the offering. If you accept the offering then need to do Med Check after that. Done . . . . . . . . . . . . .

First interview with the Recruitment team was not too structured and details, while with the user is more thorough and meticulous. The manager called via handphone and wasn't expected since they did not informed me earlier about the timing. So it was shocking. And it was conducted in English.

Hired during the pandemic, and they kinda need the resources ASAP so the interview process kind of less complex than other BA interviews in other telecommunication/tech companies. There are 2 phases, HR interview, and user interview.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Smartfren (New York, NY) in Sept 2019
A recruiter contacted me, and organized a F2F with the CTIO. Just before the interview I came to know that a junior person with very ordinary credentials had been hired as the head of the Bangalore office and that he would be a part of the panel. The interview was very different bfrom what I normally expect, seemed very un professional. The head had still not joined the company and still was present in the interview. Came out with mixed feelings about the whole process. After a couple of days, was asked to interview with a mystery panelists. Only name provided, no profile given citing protocol. Post the interview, the HR let's me know that my candidature is on hold. Overall, the company and the process came across as very un-ethical and un-professional.

Applied through Kalibrr, got an email a few days after, the interview is divided into 2 phases, HR interview + psychological test, and user interview. The process is not difficult, and the interviewers (both HR and user) are so supportive

Interviewed over skype with 3 people who did not even have the courtesy to introduce themselves. The interview started 12 minutes later than the scheduled time and they did not even acknowledge that they were late. I still don't know who were the people who interviewed me. But I guess one is a VP, and to boost his ego he had 3 more people in the room who were mute spectators to his atrocities. He tried his best to make one uncomfortable and to tear down the credentials. The guy boasted of being the CTO for multiple telecom companies in India like Jio, Vodafone and that was the only introduction he gave. There is something very off about the culture there where the interviewers were trying to assert power and do their best to intimidate and treat you like trash. While the video call was on, they put me on mute and they were discussing about me frequently. I would definitely not recommend wasting your time if you are considering to interview with Smartfren. I did not see any technical questions being laid out. I did not get a feeling that this was a company that was serious about tech at the end of the interview.

English test, written psychology test, and group presentation test. the interview was in front of HR and management level users. each group consist of 5 persons and have 15 minutes to have presentation.
