Smartnumbers Lead Developer interview questions

Very good phone interview, have been progressed to next stage. f2f interview was a big disappointment. They asked to solve a problem in 20 minutes, they didn't understand my solution, they just wanted to hear their solution from me. One of the interviewers showed they superiority over the web development at the end of interview. They said they work with TDD but they didn't show me that they now how this technic works.
