The whole interview cycle took about 3 weeks. I was contacted on an initial phone discussion with the HR and then followed by an onsite informal discussion with the Director. After that, there was a phone interview for about an hour. The people were really friendly and helped me with answering the questions. The final round was the actual in-person interview which is almost the major part of the day. The entire experience was enjoyable and everyone was so friendly and positive. It all went really well and I got the offer as well :)
