Very messy interview process.
Recruiter screen is good.
Then have to do IQ test which is easy.
Move on to supposedly a 1 hour coding screen. Instead it's system design.
Then onsite with 1 hour behavioral, 2 hours coding and trivial questions, 1 hour supposedly system design.
The supposedly system design is instead a project deep dive and experience questions about weird situations that you would not have run into given proper systems architecture. Thus I could not answer the questions.
Interviewers were very upfront with shortcomings of the company, which was a bit weird but appreciated.
I would have given this a neutral rather than negative experience had the prep material been more accurate.
