Very straight forward and quick interview process. I didn’t have to wait long to hear back and learned a lot about the company and the position. I was reached out via phone first then had a formal interview over zoom.

Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews only to be ghosted after being offered an alternative position (that I accepted). Interviews were rescheduled multiple times, very flaky and non-responsive. The team leader was clearly overworked and stretched thin.

Interview
First interview lasted 30 minutes with standard questions. Second interview was arranged and I was requested to prepare answers to specific questions. Interviewer begins and states I have to cut the interview short to 45 minutes as I’ve got meetings. Proceeds to talk at me for most of the interview leaving 5 minutes for questions.
Couldn’t give any real insight into the role.
From a candidate perspective this was a total waste of my time and disrespectful..
