Wasn't hard, they look for positive attitudes. They call you in ask what you like about the company and why you applied. Everything was easygoing and very friendly.

Its the service industry so it was all common sense.
The interview for Smash Burger was easy. They asked a lot of behavioral questions. The interview lasted around 30 mins. The onboarding was quick and simple. Overall it was a good experience.
