Interview
The entire process was pretty simple. I applied online through Careerbuilder.com. I was contacted by email within a couple days by a Store Manager. I interviewed with the Store Manger, District Manager, and Regional Director within a couple weeks. I was impressed with the communication level throughout the process. I am excited to be a part of the company.
Asked a few questions about experience and job history. Gave background of company and talked about what the company was looking for. Also talked about pay and benefits that were offered.

The interview process is a little long, but the have to make sure they are finding the perfect fit. i also got to go behind the scenes and watch how operations are ran to make sure that i would be happy working for the company.

Interview
It consisted of calculated questions to determine my competence and ability to be a positive part of the smash burger team. I was interviewed by the current general manager and also the district manager that was over the store I was applying for.
