sitting in a circle with the other applicants, asked to draw pics and talk about stationary on the table. 2 people asking questions and 9 of us round a table. it was very awkward and competitive with the people trying to outshine each other. felt like i couldn't do anything because people talking over me. couldn't show my personality as it was based on drawing and talking about what smiggle sell.
