Interview
After passing the initial phone interview, I had an in-person interview. The office environment looked very corporate. Everybody looked focused on their work and it was quiet. The manager I met with was distracted and took a phone call during the meeting. She asked illegal questions and put down the department she worked with.

The interview process initially began smoothly. The recruiter that contacted me was attentive, pleasant, and promptly set me up with an in-person interview.
The in-person interview, however, was a mess. The interviewer was incredibly scattered and disorganized. Not only could you tell that this individual was unprepared, but the topics of conversation were completely unrelated to the job posting.
