The interview was a conversation and setting of expectations around the role. Very informal and candid around pay, working hours, travel and what it takes to be successful. After the interview I was told I would find out about getting the role via phone call, which I received within a couple of days of accepting the role. While the role was tough with high expectations - this was communicated properly throughout.
