First interview was with HR for screening purposes with fairly standard questions asked. Next round was a panel interview with employees, with STAR questions as well as some questions related to what makes you suitable for the role.

it was a phone screen only, after that i got a called that I was hired. It was a simple process. I was hired within two days. The director of joint repair was very easy going.

Happened rather quickly - Called on Wednesday, interviewed on a Thursday and hired on a Friday. I don't think that is typical for this company. I just happened to get lucky and had the right skill set (and knew the right person) going in.
