Smith, Rolfes & Skavdahl interview questions

Applied online and was called within a few days for an interview. I received a telephone call and I was offered the job within a couple of days of the interview.

For my interview, one of the partners sat me down in their conference room and just asked me about where I was studying and what interested me. I was emailed for an interview based solely on my resume. I was told that day that I got the job. The whole process from resume drop off to job took about a week.
