Interview
I went through a 2-hour interview with 4 people interviewing me one-on-one in 30-minute intervals. They asked basic interview questions such as "Tell me about yourself" and "What are your greatest strengths/weaknesses". They asked specific questions about my Senior Design Project.
There was also a technical test in which I was given a PFD and P&ID with errors. I was tasked with identifying as many errors as I could.

I applied online and was contacted in a week. There was a written test with P&ID's. The questions required finding errors in the P&ID's. There were separate process and project interviews. I found the written test moderately difficult.
