My interview was over the phone just a few questions about work history, how would you respond to someone who disrespect you simply questions like that then I had to report to the recruiting office and take drug test and fill out couple forms
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Smithfield Foods in Sept 2020

Easy interview, but long process. You first get a phone interview then go to the company location to fill out paperwork, right after you finish the paperwork you get covid and drug tested. You then have to wait until they contact you back. It took me a whole month

During the interview I filled out an interview sheet, I was offered the position, I accepted and the same day I did a drug test and was told to come back for orientation.
